Ingredients
85g flavoured Gelatin powder(I used Tortally brand)
2 tbsp unflavoured/plain Gelatin powder(I use the ones from Phoon Huat)
125ml water
1. Put all the ingredients into a pot and heat over the fire(low heat)
2. Stir till everything is melted.
3. Do not boil.
4. Leave aside to cool.
5. Lightly oiled plastic molds with vegetable oil(I use corn oil)
6. Pour melted gelatin into it.
7. Leave it in the freezer for 5 mins only.
8. Remove from freezer and pull out the gummy bear from the mold.
Chendol Agar Agar (recipe taken from Peng's blog and modified)

Ingredient
500ml water
160gm palm sugar
12gm agar agar powder
3 pandan leaves
300ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
300gm chendol - 1 packet can buy from refrigerator section of supermarket
1/2 can kidney beans(omitted subsituted with half packet of cooked sago pearls)
Put water, palm sugar pandan leaves into a pot. Bring to boil till sugar dissolves. Add agar agar powder. Boil for 1 min. Remove pandan leaves.
Mix salt with coconut milk and add into pot. Bring to boil. Turn off heat.
Rinse chendol until water is no longer green.Place chendol and sago into small moulds.
Scoop agar agar mixture into moulds and leave to set in fridge.
Hokkaido Bread Loaf(recipe taken from http://schneiderchen.de/237Hokkaido-Milky-Loaf.html)
540 g Bread flour
60 g Cake flour 10 g Dry active yeast
30 g Milk powder
80 g Sugar
9 g Salt
1 pc Egg
250 g Fresh milk
150 g Whipping cream (heavy cream)
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl of an electric stand-mixer.
Remember separate the yeast from salt and sugar to
avoid the dehydration.
Take out the dough and press out the gas produced during the proof. Divide it into 4 portions. Round up and let rest for about 20 minutes.
Roll each dough out and roll up and place in a 13x33x12cm loaf pan. After shaping, let the dough rise up to 2/3 full. Brush with egg wash or milk. Bake in a preheated 170C/340F oven for about 40 minutes.Really love this bread recipe. Yields a huge loaf with the full recipe, or halve the recipe.
Grilled Chicken Burger with Herman bread

Marinated boneless chicken leg: marinate at least 4 hours or overnight with Fenghe soya sauce, Fenghe dark soya sauce, honey, pepper, Maggi seasoning
Cut open the bread buns, spread with butter, and grill lightly in a Happycall pan, do watch the fire closely to prevent it from getting burnt.
Grill the chicken in the Happycall pan, and turn over after 1 side is done.
Serve with salad vegetables, nuts and salad dressing.
There you have a yummy burger meal, home made from scratch.
